General conditions
Arrival: Rooms are ready from 2:00 PM, apartments from 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request.
Departure: Please vacate your accommodation by 10:00 AM.
Advance payment: 20% deposit via bank transfer is required as booking security.
What's included: Price includes tourist tax, VAT, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Special offers: For stays longer than two weeks, we offer a special discount.
High season supplement: Stays shorter than 3 days during high season (July 11 - August 20) incur a 50% surcharge.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days: 50% of total price. No-show: 100% charged
